I've ordered many times from Splash Wines and have never had a bad experience. The shipping is fast, accurate, and safe, and the wines have been very good. We enjoy trying many different wines until we find something we really like, then order several of that type. Plus, it's just easy--shop online, have it delivered right to the door!

The wines were delivered very quickly. Reviewing the wines I received from other wineries the cost I paid was very reasonable.
I have only had 2 wines in the many I purchased from Splash that I did not like.
I did not try their "If you do not like the wine you do not have to pay for it." The reason I didn't is because most every wine I have received from them has been above average to excellent.
Thank you Splash for making it so easy to buy wines.

I have total confidence when I order wine from Splash that my order will be perfect. If I have any questions, the customer service representatives are knowledgeable and very efficient in having my questions answered. The company prides itself in excellence. It should!

I originally ordered the wine through Groupon but couldn’t figure out how to complete the order with the coupon. I called Splash wine and the girl was so helpful. When I received my box I was missing a bottle so they gave me a refund for that bottle. Everyone I spoke with has been very helpful and pleasant.

The wines are always good quality across the board (irrelevant of origin), but I like the price deals best! I'm a bit of a cheapskate, so I always wait until I see the best value cases and I'm never disappointed! The variety of producers usually include wines from Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, South Africa, Australia, USA, Chile & Argentina. Delivery is usually a breeze, but don't expect next day. I usually restock when I've got at least two weeks worth left at home to make sure.

They have a great selection of wines at very reasonable prices. Unfortunately, their delivery of product if very slow, almost disappointing. They do offer something named "go to the front of the line", but why should I pay $4.95 for something I've already ordered? Not very customer friendly.

When I called to report my order missing, I was questioned about my efforts to locate the shipment. The person treated me like I was a child and that I did not already take steps to locate a missing shipment. It did turn out that my shipment was not delivered to my address, but delivered to another location. It was delivered 2 days later, re taped and a new label.

The 3 bottles of Pinot noir are pale pale pale. Tastes are undrinkable or at least not enjoyable. Considering I bought a more “expensive “ box … disappointed to say the least. Overall all the wines in that purchase were below par

Here’s the skinny: you will get a bunch of wine delivered to your doorstep for a very cheap price. The catch: the wine, in general, is very “mid.” Nothing terrible and nothing revelatory. It’s inexpensive table wine. In my last shipment, we had two bottles that obviously had “turned.” I contacted Splash regarding this and received a reply they would get back to me. They never did. Two cheap bottles were drain pours, and the rest her just okay. So, you get what you pay for. I’m amazed by the prices considering all of the shipping into the US and then to my door. How do they even make a profit?

Every order I make is delivered within 5-7 days. With one exception the wines have been wonderful! I was credited back immediately without questions on the exception.

These are decent wines which I regularly enjoy and the deliver-and-hold at FedEx for pick-up works out perfectly when I cant be home (which is usually the case). Set up your own subscription and then modify as you need (skip a month, etc.).

Customer service is awesome. Everyone I've spoken to is very pleasant and helpful. The wines are also very good and the price is great. They always have specials (which love). All in all my experience with Splash Wines has been the best.

Since I started buying wines from Splash, I skip the wines section of Costco. We usually drink a bottle of wine over two days time. I look forward to opening the bottle and we are amazed how many are so good for so little. I don’t know how they make any money when they are paying the freight and guaranteeing that you will like it.
