How to apply:
Mist the skin with lukewarm water. Apply a small quantity of this Marine Magnesium gel to desired areas of the body. Massage until completely absorbed. Can also be used for re-mineralizing bath soaks. Use as needed.
NOTE: If a tingling sensation is felt after application, mist the skin with more water.
