It is difficult to send another review to you all as the rain has been pouring down and if I put the rugs out into the garden they would float around collecting all of the leaves and other litter being carried in by the wind and rain……… however I did put the carpet out on a lovely dry day and it looked amazing. I have bought several other ones and patience is the word….

Great products, and great customer service. I have had several rugs from Kukoon now and wouldn't go anywhere else. I had an outside rug last year which was absolutely beautiful and survived the awful summer we had without a lot of care and attention from me.

Rug was dumped down the side of my house with no notification given. We found it a couple of days later with the bag soaked from the rain. A note in the letterbox to say where it was left would be useful. I contacted customer support but never heard back. Lots of threads hanging out of the rug. Not impressed with the quality.

Great selection of mats great prices cheap to expensive whatever suits your budget. The girl in the store in Belfast was extremely helpful & friendly. I had purchased 3 mats altogether as two of them I cudnt decide needed to see it down in room it was no bother to buy it take it home try it and return and got my money back. The girl in store was interested to see if I had photos of the 2 mats in their rooms and she thought they were the perfect match to the decor. I have recommended Kakoon to a lot of friends. Thank you

The rug arrived in the time frame I was told. Is really great value for money. The colours are vibrant and the quality is great. Came very well packaged with protectors on both ends of the roll.

Shop assistant was super helpful. We weren’t sure if we could get the rug delivered to ROI and she advised they would deliver anywhere in Ireland for not extra cost. Our rug arrived within two days and looks perfect. Quality is great.

Great service! After a recent change of carpet our large rug (purchased from Kukoon about 2 years ago) wouldn't stay in place. I looked them up and found they have an underlay to stop rugs from slipping. I ordered.
We needed a kitchen rug too. I had fun looking at the website, chose a rug, and ordered. Within a few days both arrived. We're delighted! Happy with both purchases.
