Have a problem with an item. Have contacted AH by email three times, but still no response. Very disappointing.

Fast delivery, quality product. Although not all items advertised or ordered were delivered due to discrepancy of inventory tracking.

Comfort is a major concern, the shoes look great but aren't great for everyday wear due to comfort.

Purchased a pair of shoes from this company a few weeks ago. After paying around £200 I was surprised when they were delivered with a defect. I contacted Android Homme customer services and it took them 5 days to respond to me. After talking back and forth for a week my purchase has been returned and I was told under no uncertain terms that the replacement would not be sent until the return had been received. I explained that I needed the shoes for a special occasion on the Saturday and was told by customer services that "as a gesture of goodwill" they would send the replacements "guaranteed next day delivery". I checked today (Friday) and they have just been sent by normal post and will not arrive until Saturday. After trusting this company and asking for nothing more than the shoes I ordered and paid for I have been lied too. I would avoid spending money with this retailer at all costs. A company that can outright lie is not a company I will deal with ever again !!

I bought a few items in the sale... a couple of items didn't arrive , after I contacted them, I was informed that they were no longer in stock & a refund was given without hesitation, which made the whole experience really good... the items supplied are of great quality & arrive in good packaging. I am looking to buy footwear aswell in the future, a size guide, big or small fitting would be helpful! My son is an athlete, who has started wearing the brand also #owenjav Definitely a recommended brand & seller, who I will purchase from again!

Love the shoes and customer service is overall very good. But I bought some shoes that were reduced a week later. I reached out about refunding the difference, but got no response. I sent them back, got a refund and repurchased - and got the saving. Seemed needless when we would have both benefited if you just refunded the difference.

I have bought 5 or 6 pairs from AH now, and am a big fan!

This is my honest review I wasn’t asked or encouraged to do this. !!
After purchasing a fab pair of trainers and loving everything about them I decided to order several pairs of trainers for myself at once , there was a slight problem which was sorted out by Adam who personally went above and beyond to resolve the problem.
my trainers arrived and I love them , the comfort the style the quality…what I love most is the subtle platform sole which gives me a little more height which also makes it feel like you’re wearing more of a stylish shoe than a trainer..
I’ll be back for me as I’m genuinely really happy

Sneakers I purchased came in reasonable time and new as expected but buyers beware as I purchased a pair of sneakers for $215 before that were on sale and I was sent a pair of sneakers that were clearly worn before and probably sent back for whatever reason. Emailed customer service and asked to cancel order within cancellation period with no response. "On sale" might mean "used". Im 1-1 with this company.

After contacting customer services they sent a courier to collect the item and a full refund was given. Quality of the product was never in question. Good shoe. Just a shame I had to send multiple emails to get any traction.

Trying to return a shoes that do not fit. Was NOT supplied with a pre paid return label in the box.
Have emailed them twice to request one but have heard nothing in reply.

1. Fill in your returns form and put the prepaid return label on the package (AVAILABLE FOR UK ORDERS ONLY). These documents are found in the box you received with your order.

Fantastic quality, very heavy knit at a great price in the sale. Wouldn’t say the product should be named under “run division” since it is very heavy for that purpose, but still a great sweat.

The trainers came well packaged. Once opened, the box and design was quite grand and certainly catches the eye.

When I saw the trainers, they were crisp and clean. Certainly shows why Android are a worthy brand for those searching for a fresh yet classy image.

Usually I cant complain however this time ive ended up sending shoes back at the cost pf £14 as i couldnt get a repsonse from custoner services for nearly 3 days. When i did obviously it was too late an thered already been sent. So yes a little disapointed given ive got about 9 different pair of android.an the 1st time I send back I have problems.
