Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship? 

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to Puerto Rico, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses or international addresses.


I live outside of U.S., where can I get 107 products?

While we currently do not ship outside the United States for orders placed on 107beauty.com, we can fulfill international orders through our Korea office. Any such orders will be subject to relevant international shipping fees from Korea. If you are interested in placing an international order, please email us at intlship@107beauty.com, and we will assist you.


What are my shipping options?

For domestic U.S. orders only, we offer free standard ground shipping (approximately 1-5 business days) via FedEx Standard or USPS Priority on orders with a subtotal over $40.  We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of $5 for standard ground shipping on orders with a subtotal under $40. Standard shipping fee for sample kit is $3.5.


When will my order ship?

We process orders within 1 business day. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships. If the status of your order hasn’t been updated in more than 3 business days, please email us at help@107beauty.com, and we will assist you.


Once I place my order, can I change the delivery address?

If you have mistakenly entered the wrong delivery address or need to change the address, please email us at help@107beauty.com as soon as you can. We will make every effort to make sure your order is delivered to the correct address.


What if my package arrives damaged?

We apologize if your package was damaged during the shipping process. While it is normal for the outer shipping box to show some wear and tear, please save the shipping box and product(s) if there was damage to the items in your shipment, and email us as soon as possible at help@107beauty.com with your order number and contact phone number. We will provide you instructions for returning the damaged product(s) to us. After we inspect and confirm that the product is damaged, we will ship you a replacement for the damaged product. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.


Do you offer free shipping?

For domestic U.S. orders only, we offer free FedEx Standard or USPS Priority shipping on orders over $40, after promotional discounts and before sales tax.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely happy with your 107 purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and want to return your purchase, please email us at returns@107beauty.com within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will assist you further. Any unused or gently used items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. The returned items must be in the original packaging, and we cannot accept nearly empty containers or containers with content that is not from the original product. Only items purchased directly from 107beauty.com will be accepted for return, and sales items cannot be refunded. All vinegar products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

What is 107 Rewards?

107 Rewards is our loyalty program that allows you to earn points from every purchase on 107beauty.com and through other social engagement activities.


How do I join 107 Rewards?

Simply sign up here or use the “Rewards” icon on the bottom left corner on our website to sign up.


What if I already have an account at 107beauty.com?

Great! You are automatically enrolled in our 107 Rewards program, and you can use the same email and password to log in.


Is there a fee to join 107 Rewards?

No, 107 Rewards is free to join.


Is 107 Rewards available internationally?

No, the rewards program is currently only available for domestic customers only.


How do I earn points in the 107 Rewards program?
You will receive 5 points for every dollar you spend with us at 107beauty.com (excluding shipping charges, taxes and any gift card purchases). You will need to log in to your account while making purchases to earn points.

You can also earn points by (1) signing up for the 107 Rewards program; (2) following our Instagram page @107global; (3) leaving a verified product review on our website (ONLY through review request emails sent by us, with no more than 1 reward given on the same day); and (4) registering your birthday with us for annual gifts (birthday information must be entered 30 days prior to such date).


How do I redeem my rewards?
Click on the “Rewards” icon on the lower left side of our site and open the rewards panel. You will receive a discount code that can be automatically applied to your shopping cart. You will also receive an email with the discount code if you are planning to purchase at a later date.

Can I combine my rewards code with other discount codes?
No, you can only use one code per order.


Do rewards codes have an expiration date?
Yes, rewards codes will expire after 6 months. 

Do points expire?
Yes, points expire on a 12-month rolling basis for customers who have not engaged in any points activity in the preceding 12 months.


What happens if my order is canceled or returned?
Points associated with that order will be deducted from your account balance. 


Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points cannot be added retroactively.

Where can I purchase 107 products?

Within the United States, you can purchase all 107 products on our website, 107beauty.com. If you want to find our products at other retailers, we are open to suggestions – please let us know at hello@107beauty.com!


Can I modify or cancel an order once it has been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel an existing order, please email us at  help@107beauty.com with your order number as soon as you can, and we will assist you.


How can I review my order history?

You can find your full order history by logging into your 107 account


Do you have promo codes that I can use for my order?

We often let our customers know of offers and promotions through our email newsletter. If you haven’t signed up, please subscribe so you don’t miss them! You can sign up at the bottom of this page, in the “Newsletter” footnote section.


Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

You can use only one active promo code per order, and they cannot be used together with other offers or bundled sets. Please keep in mind that all promo codes are available for a limited time. If you have any questions on promo codes, please email us at help@107beauty.com, and we will assist you further.


What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal, ApplePay, GooglePay and Afterpay.


What happens if my payment gets declined?

Please make sure to check that your shipping and billing information is accurate. If you are still having problems, please email us at help@107beauty.com, and we will assist you.

Afterpay

What is Afterpay?

Afterpay is an alternative payment method that allows customers to make purchases now and pay for them later, in four (interest-free!) installments made every 2 weeks.


How do I use Afterpay?

Simply shop 107beauty.com, and checkout as normal. At the checkout, select Afterpay as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Afterpay and provide payment details, as usual. Returning customers can simply log into the Afterpay account. Then simply follow the steps to complete your purchases. A maximum purchase amount may also apply, and you must meet Afterpay’s additional eligibility requirements to qualify. You will receive an instant approval decision on your order at checkout.


Are there extra fees when I use Afterpay?

There are no fees associated with the Afterpay account so long as installments are paid on time, according to the payment schedule (provided at the time of order approval). A late fee may incur if payment is not made within the disclosed grace period timeframe.


Can I use Afterpay if I’m an international customer?

Afterpay is only offered to our customers who have a U.S. billing address, U.S. shipping address, a U.S. Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card) and a U.S. mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Afterpay.


How do I modify or cancel an order placed with Afterpay?

Please email us at  help@107beauty.com with your order number as soon as you can, and we will assist you.


How does the Afterpay payment schedule work?

All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Afterpay account. You can log in to your Afterpay account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

When will my items be delivered if I use Afterpay?

Afterpay orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time frame after you complete your order. Visit our Shipping & Delivery FAQ for more information.


How do I return an item purchased using Afterpay?

We want you to be completely happy with your 107 purchase. If you are unsatisfied for any reason and want to return your purchase, please email us at  returns@107beauty.com within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will assist you further. Any unused or gently used items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping fees. The returned items must be in the original packaging, and we cannot accept nearly empty containers or containers with content that is not from the original product. Only items purchased directly from 107beauty.com will be accepted for return, and sales items cannot be refunded. Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay. If you believe there is fault or concern with your Afterpay purchase payment, please contact Afterpay customer support at info@afterpay.com.

Gift Card

Do you offer physical gift cards?

We do not offer physical gift cards at this moment.


Where can I redeem the gift card?

Gift cards can only be redeemed in the United States, with purchases made only at 107beauty.com.


What if my gift card balance is more than the order amount?

The balance will be stored with your gift card for your next purchase using the same gift card code.


Can I use more than one gift card to complete a purchase?

Only one gift card can be used per order.


What if I used an e-gift card as the original method of payment for return orders?

Refund credit will be offered in the form of another gift card.


How soon will the recipient receive the gift card code?

The gift card code and the amount will be emailed to the recipient within 24 hours during a business day.


Can I purchase a gift card with a gift card?

You cannot make gift card purchases with a gift card.


Can I use Afterpay to purchase the gift card?

Unfortunately, Afterpay cannot be used to purchase gift cards or any orders containing gift cards.


How do I check the balance of the gift card?

General Product Questions

Why is the vinegar used in 107 products special?

It’s not just any vinegar! Our products are formulated with aged vinegar sourced exclusively from HANEGA, 107’s parent company and one of the oldest and largest aged vinegar breweries in Korea. Made with three types of rice and a blend of Asian herbs, fruits, grains and roots, our exclusive handmade vinegar is fermented and aged for seven years, then purified through a proprietary process to maximize effectiveness in skincare formulations. It contains a potent complex of vitamins and postbiotics (including 17 different amino acids, acetic acid, lactic acid and malic acid) that helps to exfoliate skin and provide antibacterial, antifungal, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory protection. Do the products smell like vinegar?

No, they don’t! Our aromatic blend of natural extracts gives you a pleasant skincare experience.


Are your products free of any synthetic fragrances?

Yes, we are! The scent of our products comes only from natural extracts.


How do you read the expiration date on the products?

Generally, our products last up to two years if unopened. The expiration date reads YYYY.MM.DD.


How long do your products last?

It varies based on the user, but with general, everyday application (twice daily, morning and evening), our products will last 2-3 months. For best results, all products are highly recommended to be used within 12 months of opening. 


Is your packaging recyclable?

All glass, plastic and paper containers can be recycled. Our pumps, which are made of mixed materials, are the only parts that cannot be recycled. Simply remove and discard the pump and recycle the rest of the container.


How soon do out of stock items return?

How do I know which products work best for my skin type and skin concerns?

Product-Specific Questions

Does the CHAGA JELLY Low pH Cleanser remove heavy makeup?

For heavy makeup, we recommend that you use a makeup remover and CHAGA JELLY as a second cleanser.


Can I apply multiple layers of the MICRO DRIZZLE Hydro Toner?

MICRO DRIZZLE is great for layering because of its watery texture. After cleansing, apply 2-3 layers of toner, with about 30 seconds in between each application. Use your hands to pat in the toner for deeper hydration during each application.


Can I leave the AVOCADO CUDDLE Sheet Mask or the SQUALANE CUDDLE Sheet Mask on for longer than directed?

We recommend having the mask on for no longer than directed in the instructions (i.e., 10-20 minutes).


Can I reuse the AVOCADO CUDDLE Sheet Mask or the SQUALANE CUDDLE Sheet Mask?

Sheet masks are designed to be used only once and then disposed of. Once you've enjoyed your sheet mask, we advise you discard it.


Do I need to shake the DEWY GLOW Serum Mist before I use it?

No, the ingredients in DEWY GLOW are formulated so that there is no need to shake prior to use.
