Bruschetta is one of the simplest and quickest things, and high-quality ingredients make it fantastically delicious. Cook it on the fire and you will discover this is the perfect starter dish to share with your friends and family.

There are many different varieties of bruschetta, but as we are massive cheese lovers, we opted for melted camembert cheese, with beautiful tomatoes seasoned to perfection. Only taking 5 minutes to prep and 5/10 minutes to cook, there is no excuse not to give this recipe a go. Here's how you make it:

Ingredients Equiptment
  • Tomatoes
  • Camembert Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Baguette
  • Salt and pepper
  • Firepit
  • Kiln-dried logs
  • KindleFlamer or Flamers Natural Firelighter & Kindling
  • Small pan
  • Step One

Light your fire. You want to get your fire going before you start your preparations to ensure that the flames have enough time to die down to hot coals.

    Step Two

Meanwhile, slice your tomatoes and baguette. Once sliced, it's time to season your tomatoes. Be generous with the salt and pepper, but you can also add your favourite herbs if you want. Oregano is a perfect companion to tomatoes and cheese.
