HOW TO MEASURE FOR YOUR KNEE SLEEVES:

Find the centre of your knee and measure the circumference 10cm below for your bottom measurement and the circumference 10cm above for your top measurement.

Note: The sizes listed below are the circumference sizes of the knee sleeves. Once you have measured your leg, pick the size which best suits your comfort/compression level.

SMALL = TOP: 38cm | BOTTOM: 32cm

MEDIUM = TOP: 40cm | BOTTOM: 34cm

LARGE = TOP: 42cm | BOTTOM: 37cm

X-LARGE = TOP: 44cm | BOTTOM: 39cm

Reference for measurement: A leg with the circumference of 50-54cm (top) and 38-42cm (bottom) will fit into a Large, with good compression and range of movement.
