"Control your alcohol consumption"
1st time to ever use something like this, so had alot of faith, but failed to work for me.
They also try to pressurise you into buying other courses by heavily discounting them, don't buy them as you will be disappointed!
Don't waste your money.

A year or so ago I decided to purchase a session after seeing ads on Facebook. They were on sale and what the heck, it can’t hurt but I honestly had no expectations of success. Was I wrong! Listened one night and it worked. Seriously it did. Fearing a relapse I listened every night for months but there was no relapse. I have since purchased a few more with varying success but that’s on me, I don’t have the same motivation. Fast forward and due to technological ignorance I lost a few sessions. I contacted The staff and over the course of a week and many emails my sessions were restored. The customer service is outstanding! They were patient and so kind in dealing with an old lady that struggles with smart phones.

I found clear minds excellent.. I have definitely benefited from the hypnotherapy sessions and if you are uncertain which sessions best suit your difficulty, clear minds will promptly respond and guide you.. They also offer genuine support and reach out to you if required.. They have also offered free trials of suggested sessions and also gifted sessions too. I have recommended this to family and friends.

Purchased the Transform 360 package. Highly recommend it. If used regularly it really works, sometimes without you recognising things are changing.

I can't recommend clear minds enough! Their library of hypnosis and mindfulness sessions is extensive, with a package for just about anything you need help with. The best thing about clear minds however is their dedicated customer care team and Facebook group. There is always an advisor on standby who reaches out if you're struggling, and hand on heart everyone and every post in the group is so supportive of eachother. Without clear minds, I don't think I would have been able to get to the point where I am in my alcohol free journey (using the control alcohol package), and I take my hat off to the team and service and care they provide. Thank you!

I purchased 3 week gastric band hypnotherapy sleep edition weeks ago, and haven’t been able to download it- I have been in touch with ‘Clear minds’ and despite several links being sent back to me for the sleep edition, I’ve not been able to open any of them.

Clearminds was recommended to me by a close friend. I decided to 'give it a go'. I will admit to being quite cynical about the power of Hypnotherapy but I'm now a complete convert. I purchased a binge eating pack and it's been a revelation. You don't even realise it's happened!! I listened over a couple of sessions then found I was ending the day with a hot drink but without my usual hunt through cupboards to eat absolutely anything I could grab. I've lost over 10lbs and feel so much calmer. I am now a convert and am so pleased that Hugh and his team were recommended to me. I am continuing with a virtual gastric band plan and that is working too so now looking forward to a healthier future.

Had looked at buying some Hypnotherapy recordings but didn't purchase there and then as wasn't sure, I then received an email offering a further 20% off my basket ,however the company will not fulfil there offer,very misleading!!

This really works for me! After decades of fighting with food, I finally have made peace with it—no more cravings. I listen to either Hugh or Catherine while I am falling asleep and wake up refreshed and peaceful inside—even when I fall asleep before the recording has finished. I recommend this app 1000%! It has really changed my life and I am excited to begin working on other recordings in addition to the diet ones.

Boring hypnosis
Hated his accent and his general pronunciation was poor and he used bad grammar! Could not bear listening to him.
Love the concept but the execution is a weak link.

Clear Minds Hypnotherapy has not only changed my life but also saved my life. A lifetime of abuse, trauma, multiple divorces, depression, being overweight, getting lung cancer and leaving a toxic relation drove me to not wanting to exist. I have used the hypnotherapy sessions for many reasons, and have found they worked for me. But what I really want to review is the support team and community that exists. Without exception, everytime I have reached out for personal help, the team is there. I am not even operating in the same timezone and someone is always there. I am not sure I believed in hypnotherapy before I tried Clearminds, but I have sung their praises since using the service. I would highly recommend trying it, even if you think it won't work for you. There is nothing to lose, and everything to gain!

Ii chose the Healthy Weight Loss track. I've used hypnotherapy before and found the guided relaxation worked well. I didn't find the messages matched what this track is meant to achieve. The sales description was exactly what I was looking for - reducing cravings, making healthier food choices. But the main message that was repeated was about stopping eating when full and feeling proud to leave food and throw it away. I don't have a problem with portion sizes and overeating. The point was supposed to be closing healthier food and that wasn't the primary focus (I think it was mentioned once). I also didn't like use of the word fat to describe me.
So, overall the method, voice, music were fine but the messaging disappointed.

Excellent company providing a really effective way to help combat particular issues in your life. I have used their healthy eating sessions with good results. I have also used their anxiety / stress sessions which were a real godsend in a particularly difficult period in my life. Would 100% recommend them

The customer service team at Clear Minds are amazing. I have several hypnotherapy packages now and also have the app. What I love about them though is their support and level of care. Whenever I have a question I get great guidance. When I had a technical issue the team were so great in helping me sort it. The Facebook community is a source of amazing support too. If I could give more stars I would.

Clearminds is the real deal. A year ago I knew I decided I needed to change my life. I was struggling with alcohol addiction and had been for years, but coming out of Covid really did a number on my mental health. I found Clearminds and decided to give it a try. One if the best decisions I have ever made. The hypnosis is wonderful. They offer an amazing support system and I mean AMAZING! Your reading these reviews because your struggling with something and want to make a change. Do it! You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. I'm almost one year alcohol free and I truly believe Clearminds and their support community is a big reason for my success. You won't be disappointed! It's a wonderful journey to be on and you are worth it!
