Smokey Soiree Palette features a mix of mattes and shimmers. The Matte Shades are rich with pigment and blend like a dream. The shimmer shades are packed with multi-dimensional reflects creating a dazzling finish. ( For Intense color payoff, apply shimmers with finger )
