Been working out with your videos for over a yr lost almost 55 lbs . I just joined jRTV 2 weeks ago and I really like it and no commercials lol

I tell everyone if you want to lose weight and put on muscle wothoiut going to the gym it’s been great for me and lots of people . I do enjoy running so I still run with a jumprope workout too .
